On July 12th, 13th, and 14th, Michael "Colenel" Crittenden, Rod Avsharian (drums), James Simonson (bass), and Drew Howard (steel, electric guitar) joined me at Mackinaw Harvest Studios to record 11 new songs which will constitute the follow of to A Good American Life. We tracked the core of the record live as a group, and have been adding in parts here and there as we go since, "feeling our way" forward, as has been the nature of this project for the last year, really.
